Terms and Conditions

To initiate website setup and configuration, the client must provide the following assets and credentials:

• Target domain preferences and business contact details (address, phone, WhatsApp)
• Company logo, gallery work photos, and service descriptions
• Google Business Profile details, notification Gmail, and integration endpoint IDs

All underlying source code, architecture templates, core scripts, and proprietary modules remain the exclusive intellectual property of Clifland:

• Raw uncompiled source code and repository access are strictly proprietary and non-transferable.
• If the client requests to transfer hosting away from our infrastructure, a single export of the production-compiled static application bundle will be provided.

Domain registration managed on behalf of the client follows strict administrative contact rules:

• The domain is registered based on the client's choice, with Registrant and Billing contacts assigned directly to the client.
• Technical and Administrative contacts remain under Clifland management for as long as active site management and hosting services continue.

Maintenance packages include one free content update per month:

• Covers text updates, contact adjustments, photo updates, or service rate changes
• Excludes structural refactoring, new custom feature engineering, or new page development

Requests for new feature additions or extra page builds are quoted separately
